Waterford Investments B.V. is founded in 1996 as an independent real estate company. We are active in the developing, realization and financing of commercial real estate projects in residential, retail and office buildings. In the past few years we have revived several vacant office buildings, both in the Netherlands and in Germany. Transforming vacant buildings, to get a function which fits the current time and environment, is a goal for every building we purchase. In our opinion it’s a must to have a good cooperation with all involved parties such as the Municipality, current users and finally the new user fort his buildings. In addition to this fact, we also have several residential, retail and office buildings for a longer period of time in our portfolio, so we know exactly the needs of the residents of these buildings.
